This cutting-edge iteration of SureAdhere introduces significant product advancements aimed at elevating the seamlessness of providing remote treatment support anywhere in the world. These improvements mark a significant milestone in our unwavering commitment to increasing access to virtual care tools where they are most needed.

A Completely Rebuilt Patient Mobile App

  • MORE Robust Offline Capability
    SureAdhere is used by some of the most vulnerable populations who also live in the world’s most remote regions. We believe these individuals deserve access to the highest level of care regardless of socio-economic status, disease burden, and connectivity access. Our new patient mobile application doubles down on this commitment to these individuals by supporting the transmission of small bits of data to the clinic using a lower bandwidth signal before sending high-data video. These design improvements enable providers to promptly check patient updates before a video is received, streamlining communication and boosting confidence in treatment adherence when connectivity is low.

Keeping with tradition, we have given our app a facelift while ensuring our commitment to simple, user-friendly design. The icon-driven interface ensures easy navigation for people of all technical and literacy levels. Plus, we now support 20+ languages, making SureAdhere more accessible across the globe.

An Enhanced Web Application for Frontline Healthcare Workers

Dimagi's commitment to enhancing outcomes through job improvement is reflected in our continual efforts. Keeping this in mind, the SureAdhere team has initiated a series of releases to significantly improve the web application experience.

  • Strengthened patient-provider feedback loops with enhanced virtual care capabilities. Our long-term goal is to assist healthcare providers to create a more patient-centric ecosystem that is also responsive to provider needs. Strong feedback loops encourage a collaborative and empowering approach that supports patients to actively participate in their care while giving providers the insights necessary to continuously refine & improve treatment over time.

The addition of 2-way messaging (with SMS texting or in-app chat) allows clinic staff to stay connected with their patients whenever necessary, providing a convenient way to stay in touch.

  • COMING SOON! Integrated Virtual Visits

Scheduled to go live in the US in Q1 2024, providers may now schedule and conduct a live virtual visit directly within SureAdhere rather than using a 3rd party application.
